This online store is operated by Redfishsun LLC under the KIVELORA™ brand. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Redfishsun LLC and KIVELORA™.
By visiting our store, purchasing a product, or using any part of the website, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Contact Information Policy.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website. If you do not agree with them, you should not access the website or purchase our products.
1. ELIGIBILITY

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

Our pet grooming products must be used carefully, according to the instructions supplied with the product. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their pet. Stop using a product if the pet shows discomfort or an adverse reaction.
Products are not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, inventory limitations, or shipping restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for checking their order information and shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if an error is discovered. We cannot guarantee that an order can be modified after processing has begun.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, or other costs will be shown before the order is completed.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify and the payment providers offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order already submitted, we will contact the customer before proceeding or cancel and refund the order.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed and delivered according to our published Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur because of carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, peak demand, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring shipment tracking information.
6. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, damaged products, missing items, and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning a product. Products sent without prior return authorization might not be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear can depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
